A Chemical Engineer with more than 31 years of experience in the project designing and management (from concept to commissioning) for various large and medium chemical and pharmaceutical (bulk drugs, formulations) industries. Executed projects for various national and multinational companies, some of which are:-

1. DSM Anti Infectives India Ltd. which is a part of DSM Netherland (a 10 billion euro company).The company is in the business & manufacturing of Anti infectives i.e SSPs (Amoxycilline,Ampicillin and Cloxacilline etc.),Clavulanic acid and various other APIs in India and overseas manufacturing facilities.
2. Max India Ltd. a company manufacturing APIs & intermediates, which was later on taken over by DSM, Netherland .
   
3. VAM Organics Ltd.(Presently Jubilant Organosys), a company having interest in manufacturing of various industrial chemicals and pharmaceutical products(APIs and Formulations).
4. He has wide experience in the designing (Basic &detailed engineering) and execution of bulk drugs, formulation & Biotechnology related projects.
During his professional carrier he has been involved in the conceptualization, designing and execution of the following:

• Penicillin Acylase Enzyme with technology from Toyo Jozo, Japan.
• Bulk drugs intermediated i.e 6-APA, 7-ADCA.
• APIs i.e Amoxycillin/Ampicillin/cloxacilline etc.
• Ceph-C/7-ACA with technology from Gnosis, Italy.
• Pharmaceutical Formulations i.eTablets, Capsules, Dry powder and Liquid syrup, Injectables etc.
• Industrial chemicals like ethyl alcohal,Acetaldehyde,acetic anhydride,acetic acid,vinyl acetate monomer etc.
• Food & Biotechnology related projects - Yeast and Starch.
• Design and execution of Waste Water Management facility at DSM Antiinfectives India Ltd.

ii) Anil Grover - M.Sc (Hons School) in Microbiology

More than 36 years industrial experience in leading Indian and Multinational companies. He has Hands on overall management experience for operation of fermentation and bulk drug manufacturing plants, project execution and management, technology adoption and scale up, compliance with international regulatory standards and quality management, contract manufacturing/outsourcing, Safety Health Environment.
He has experience of working in the Pharmaceutical and fermentation Industry as follows:

1. Jagatjit Industries, Hamira, a company manufacturing alcohol and food products.
2. ACFC Ltd Kenya (part of Vogel-Busch Austria) in a fermentation industry as a process engineer for Citric acid,Baker’syeast,Power Alcohal plant.
3. Max India Ltd. a pharmaceutical manufacturing company which was later on taken over by DSM, Netherland .
4. DSM Anti-infectives India Ltd. where during his tenure involved into the technology transfer and operation of the following:
   

• Penicillin Acylase Enzyme from Toyo Jozo, Japan
• SSPs i.e Amoxycillin/Ampicillin /Cloxacillin/Dicloxacillin/ Flucloxacillin
• Ceph-C/7-ACA from Gnosis, Italy .
• Enzymatic Amoxicillin and Ampicilline

iii) J.C.Vohra  M.Sc (Organic Chemistry), Diploma in Industrial Management

He has more than 38 years of hands on industrial experience in the management of operations, modernization & expansions of various plants manufacturing Baker’s Yeast, Other speciality Yeast products, Bakery ingredients & Ethanol in India & abroad. He worked with various companies of repute namely, ACFC Ltd Kenya (part of Vogel-Busch Austria), Shaw Wallace, and AB Mauri and Installed integrated effluent treatment plants involving various processes & emerging technologies.

iv) H.M.Th van Lier Chemical Engineer, Environmental Expert

He has a rich experience and expertise of more than 42 years in the field  of Environmental Projects. He was a International Sr. Environmental Expert with DSM Pharmaceutical Products,Netherland and was responsible for the designing & coordination for the implementation of waste water treatment plants at world wide manufacturing locations of DSM.Presently he is associated  as a  environmental  consultant with DSM and Akzo Noble, Netherland.
